AHGZ: Welcher Hotelbau macht das Rennen?

"The interest in our country is growing constantly," resumes Giorgio Bianchi "Recently I was also at the Mipim in Cannes. With the recent addition of hotel assets in the "mainstream" of the real estate capital market, it is in fact increasing the attention to alternative structures to the classic urban vocation in business hotels. Our country, rich as it is of a highly professional company, is therefore certainly a privileged target. Of course, not all the Italian criticality may, however, disappear. To curb our potential are the usual problems: one is the traditional approach of national hotel companies, that often combine management and ownership in a single entity, thus greatly reducing their expansion possibilities. On the other hand, there is still no certainty in the authorization procedures and procedural. "It's not like anywhere else there are not the same difficulties, "explains Giorgio Biachi.
